How to choose a topic: Choosing a topic depends upon forte of a person. He/she must be well versed in the topic to be presented. Must either be on current issues. Topic can also be based on research conducted by the concerned person. Topic should be closely related with the theme provided. Arrangement of points in a slide: Content must be termed to crispy points. Flow chart, graphs,pie charts are required to make the slide more attractive and interesting. Points must be short not longer than 2 lines. Slides must be enhanced with pictorial representations. The theme and font should be so soothing to ordinance i.e., it has to look professional and not kiddish. Use same font and size throughout the presentation.
