How to choose a topic:
Order of slides in presentation:
- Choosing a topic depends upon forte of a person.
- He/she must be well versed in the topic to be presented.
- Must either be on current issues.
- Topic can also be based on research conducted by the concerned person.
- Topic should be closely related with the theme provided.
- Content must be termed to crispy points.
- Flow chart, graphs,pie charts are required to make the slide more attractive and interesting.
- Points must be short not longer than 2 lines.
- Slides must be enhanced with pictorial representations.
- The theme and font should be so soothing to ordinance i.e., it has to look professional and not kiddish.
- Use same font and size throughout the presentation.
- Neutral colored fonts are recommend for better visibility.
Order of slides in presentation:
- A presentation must begin with a title slide consisting of topic of presentation name of person presenting and the institution they belong to.
- Second slide is INTRODUCTION slide that should introduce the topic to gathering.
- Third slide must consists of OBJECTIVES of the topic of discussion.
- Then comes the METHODOLOGY of the project (if any) .
- Then go on with the content of the topic.
- To conclude end with results or conclusion. Results for research related presentation and conclusion for others.
